Full rolls & accessories

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for full grass rolls and accessories that are not cut to size.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Cut-to-size artificial grass

Products that are cut to your specified length are classed as made-to-order and are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please ensure measurements are correct before ordering.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer:

a replacement, or
a refund, including delivery costs

Damage caused by incorrect installation, cutting, storage, or handling after delivery is not covered.
