8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to absence or access issues, a redelivery fee may be charged.

9. Offload 

We offer kerbside delivery only, it is your responsibility to ensure there is ample space for the delivery to be made or ensure there is somebody present to take delivery.
